I've actually gotten some positive feedback from submissions using the same voice/tone as my narrator in my query. Again, not a full on narration, but matching ✨the vibe✨ of the book in the query got me a couple of kudos. (Caveat; kudos have not equaled manuscript requests soo... 🤣).
