I actually think I deserve a Nobel peace prize. I mean, I have stopped exactly the same amount of wars that Donald Trump has stopped. And even better; I started less wars then he did. So it's obviously clear I deserve the prize even more then DJT!

Anyone else had an 'American History X' flashback?

Trump and his administration are like a badly acting private equity firm. Loading the company (US) with debt and destructive organizational changes while looting the company for personal benefit. In the end all that's left is a broken empty shell company (country) with tons of problems and debt.

So America is practically closed for honest hard working people but criminals and terrorists can easily buy their way in with possible extra perks as well?

Trump bombs fisherman alleged of drug trafficking but the drug barons can buy a gold card and get pardoned if they get in legal trouble.

Dumpy Trumpy said himself: Presidents have immunity for everything they do and had SCOTUS rule on that. So how is he talking about treason, criminality and arrest in relation to President Obama?

He won’t. I didn’t say he was all great and a leftist warrior. I just stated the facts I’m aware of surrounding the Saudi deal.

Go ahead! Keep dividing you troll!

Okay done now with your dumb arguments. Have a awesome life!

Omg you’re so dumb. Just like the extreme right calling the right lefties, you are calling lifetime leftists centerist.

You’re not part of the solution, you’re part of the problem!

Okay, good luck with that.

Lol, you call for unity and in the next sentence you call me a centrist. You assume a lot about me. You are calling for unity but in reality you are dividing. I have no problem with uniting with people I don’t fully agree with as long as they stick to facts. Btw I don’t say Bezos is a good person.

Of course he is still important. But Andy Jassy is the big man now. I don’t know what Bezos had to do with this deal behind the scenes and you don’t know either. I’m just pointing out the facts. Also I have no clue what the deal is about. Do you?

Maybe you should check my profile before blaring non informed accusations. People like you are a bit like leftist-maga.

Defense? I’m not defending anyone. Just pointing out wrong information. No matter how bad someone is, you should only attack with facts.

Jeff Bezos stepped down as CEO of Amazon since 2021 and he wasn’t in Saudi Arabia with Trump. Andy Jassy was there and did make a Amazon deal. Of course Bezos’ behavior wasn’t ‘great’ last year but this deal wasn’t his. Please stick to facts.

Mooi artikel Fab! Herkenbaar.

Even though it feels less satifying, it might be more effective. Allthough there's a chance only lands with people who already saw the hypocrisy in the first place. I don't know what's right. Maybe there's not one simple answer.

Anyone has ever studied the effectiveness of these different styles?

I think Neil chooses to call out hypocrisy by not being confrontational but sarcasticly focussing on a positive thing that actually shows the hyporisy.

I'm not sure about the effectiveness of this but it might be more effective than shutting down someone's brain by being full controntational.

They took criminal illegals - I cheered
They took away due process - "criminals don't deserve due process"
They took the illegal immigrants - I cheered
They took legal immigrants - I looked the other way
They took tourists & the foreign students - Checking my hearing aid
They took the judges - ehhh

Everyday the Trump sdministration takes another step towards a dictatorship.

US citizens are frogs being boiled slowly.

Con-man Trump's dinner leaderboard is the gamification of the US government. He's selling out the USA for personal gain while his supporters getting hit over and over again. But the indoctrination is so deep, most of them will keep on cheering him.

A bit like $BBBYQ shareholders (& $TSLA soon).
