Florida certified enough valid signatures to place pro-choice constitutional amendment on ballot (protected abortion access through 24 weeks). Sen. Scott now seems less secure to me in his re-election runs. Amendment needs 60% to win, but Scott could easily lose if Dems bring majority.

SCOTUS going to hear the Colorado appeal relating to Trump’s removal from the ballot! Huge!

If not the prerogative, what would be the authority? Legislation?
