For the first time in a long time I woke up without needing to shift a dark cloud from my mind before getting started. It may be a one off but I'll take the wins when I can.

The meds are helping at least at the moment. I'm really struggling with weight gain though. Appetite is through the roof. Always has to be a down side doesn't it?

I was unbelievably tired yesterday. I hope that doesn't continue.

So tired this morning. I see many cups of tea in my future.

Day 2 of a higher dose of my meds. So far no ill effects (or more than the lower dose.) Hopefully this smooths out my lows more.

Looking forward to this. First one was great!

Still struggling today. However, as sad as it may be, I am starting to come to terms with my situation. I don't know if that bodes well for the future but at least it lowers my anxiety a bit so there is that.
