I've finally gotten past my mental block with gaining. My appetite has sky-rocketed this year and I'm just constantly thinking about eating and getting bigger.

Woohoo! I've got three weeks off work to relax and maybe gain some holiday weight haha.

I don't understand my stomach some times... My partner just cooked dinner and for some reason my body just suddenly decided it was full after barely picking at it. 🙄

While the Northern hemisphere may have mulled wine and snow at Christmas. Down Under I love kicking back on the couch in a hot summers day with a cold Spiced Ginger Beer 🍻😍

I've been feeling a bit better lately about gaining. I haven't really made any progress in quite a while, but I might finally be breaking through a plateau.

Hoping that I can use this platform more to talk to gainers and work through some of the issues I have with gaining.
