My best guess is that it’s AI-controlled, or at minimum semi-autonomous. It does not take some magical supercomputer to do that. A wartime model trained on drone footage only needs to manage two jobs: hit the target and keep functioning when someone tries to shut it down.

You could argue that it is technically true, but the reason you would phrase it that way would still be framing. It would be a deliberate choice to prime the reader before they even got to the actual substance.
