Caroline Kennedy's letter to the Senate on her cousin RFKJr. is devastating. It is an absolute condemnation of his fitness for office, his lack of character as a human being and must have been deeply painful to write. Any Senator who reads this and votes for this man should be run out of office.

The Senate Finance Committee has scheduled its hearing on the nomination of RFK Jr. to be HHS Secretary for this coming Wednesday, 1/29. Individuals and organizations can submit statements expressing their views on this nominee, and those statements will be included in the hearing records.

US FDA drops web pages on improving clinical trial diversity The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has pulled draft guidance from its website requiring companies to test medicines and devices in diverse populations as part of a purge of diversity, equity and inclusion efforts at U.S. health agencies.

One of my friends has a grant from the #FDA to look at disparities in clinical trial research and just submitted a manuscript with the findings. She was told today by the collaborators from the #FDA to rescind it.
