I’m hoping I get to the next chapter tomorrow because then I get to add a brand new PoV! This will be the first and only additional PoV for this series so it’s quite exciting to bring a new voice into it

I passed 50k in prequel rewrites today! I hope to get the rest done by the new year and hopefully some of draft 2.5 as well (all the extra bits I keep meaning to add before getting distracted by badly worded sentences)

2.5k words of rewrites tonight 🎉 Finally reached the point where it needs more work and fleshing out so I’m excited to jump in to it more over the weekend.
Really need to find a new system for myself though because I keep doing line edits and forgetting to do actual scene edits 🤦
My new proof copy is here! I got this one in the gloss instead of matte and I think it’s my preferred cover type. Seems a bit crisper and more vibrant. Super fun to see on my shelves!

I had a character in book 1 and separately named a character in book 2 with a similar personality the exact same thing by accident 🤦 apparently merchants are called Raph 🤷
