Our regular houseguest Mitzi lost her doggie brofur today. He went OTRB after a long battle with cancer. She says the house is too quiet…but knows he is smiling again and full-speed chasing after the very best toys in heaven. Snickers will always be a very good boy!

It's Tacoma's gotcha day! Six years since I brought him home from the racing kennel where he was born and trained to pull and run. A bittersweet anniversary this year, as we adjust to the news from last week that he won't be with us much longer.
After losing my dad to cancer 3 years ago, today I found out my mom has cancer. Also my husband is currently taking our older dog to the emergency vet because he suddenly started acting strangely.
