I didn't consider eyes - when I was young and did a lot of art I was right eye dominant, but now am left eye dominant.
(Right eye is a bit out of focus!)

So far it seems to be one handed tasks - left-handed and two handed tasks right-handed

Discus, Javelin - left-handed. Hockey - right-handed. Never played Hurling but if I did it would be left-handed

I walk, run,* and climb stairs left foot first.

I play piano right-handed - OK, I don't have much choice there. But if I were to play the drums I would definitely set the kit up left-handed.

I'm left-handed, I write left-handed. I play the Guitar and Bass right-handed (maybe because I leant Violin right-hand when I was 5). I play Cricket and Rounders right-handed, but play Tennis and Badminton left-handed. What's going on??
