I find it odd that people think others aren’t smart for needing closure. Sometimes you can’t heal the parts of you that need healing without all the information. We need to be a bit more empathetic to people who do need information in order to heal.

The strength in women that is often criticised is independence rooted in past disappointment.

A lot of ‘strong’ women don’t want to be strong all the time. They want to take a backseat on occasion, but they've never met someone reliable enough to put their trust in. They want to approach life in a more relaxed and gentle state, but their environment needs to feel safe enough for that.
