I am not surprised so few people have heard of him. To be fair, eyeballing a chart and assuming the world doesn't get its act together and change current trends, he's probaby got a good ten years.

We had the old system: one checked bag free, overhead bins free. People used the overhead bins, but didn't fight to use the overhead bins.

Then they charged for checked bags, only, so people fight for overhead space instead of checking.

They should cancel or invert that change, either way.

I board planes in Europe and people are hunting for overhead bin space just like in the US.
