Do you have a particular brand or specific scanner that you would recommend? While this does sound incredibly tedious and time-consuming, at least it would remove some of the anxiety I have surrounding handing my pictures over to strangers and hoping to get them back in one piece, you know?

Has anyone gone through the process of digitizing large quantities of old photos en masse? Did you go through a company? If so, which one? Was it a positive experience? How much did it cost? I’m trying to not have to move these large Rubbermaid containers of old family photos cross country again… 😑
