You can also use Cilium for Load Balancing too rather than metal-lb of kubevip - especially if your already deploying Cilium as your CNI anyway

I vote you just make Cilium the default CNI ;)

One of the things I love about macos is how simple and accessible it is to change basic settings of inbuilt functionality.... really sets itself apart from a No GUI Linux installation.
