you absolutely should! i'm right behind you and it's getting a little too real. exercise has been great to get my creative juices flowing and improve my fitness and all but honestly i wish i'd started sooner 🥹 maybe then my back spasms wouldn’t be so bad :')

because it's not enough to be mediocre at art i need to also be mediocre at running ✨️🌈

i like to start on my new year's resolutions a month early to avoid the bandwagon effect and so i've started training for a 5k

is it gatekeeping? yes. is it for a good cause? also yes 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

it's cultivating our artistic voice that ultimately adds value and uniqieness to the work we create that’s inspired by the art we take in (or 'steal', i guess)

no truly, earlier this year i read the "steal like an artist" series by austin kleon and despite the loaded title my mind came unshackled when i realized that everything is borrowed from everything else and nothing is original and i should stop worrying about it 🙂‍↔️
