Dang it power outage! Still have cellular service though.

Yeah, that's probably for balancing reasons though since you could do some silly combo shenanigans with that. Still, I can understand the disappointment.
Nita, Forum Conciliator {1}{W}{B} Legendary Creature — Human Advisor Whenever you cast a spell you don’t own, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control. {2}, Sacrifice another creature: Exile target instant or sorcery card from an opponent’s graveyard. You may cast it this turn, and mana of any type can be spent to cast that spell. If that spell would be put into a graveyard, exile it instead. Activate only as a sorcery. 2/3 Watermark: Silverquill Illustrated by Jodie Muir See play: Limited, Singleton, Other formats??? This feels more like a very fun edh brew then a card for 60 card formats tbh. Though, the triggered ability as well as the activated ability is pretty solid. There be enough instant/sorceries in limited that this should be a pretty solid limited card. Were see if it makes it in standard, but, I be surprise.
Potentially.
Moment of Reckoning {3}{W}{W}{B}{B} Sorcery Choose up to four. You may choose the same mode more than once. • Destroy target nonland permanent. • Return target nonland permanent card from your graveyard to the battlefield. The archaics experience all of Arcavian history. Changing that fate threatens their very existence. Watermark: Silverquill Illustrated by Néstor Ossandón Leal See play: Limited, Singleton, Standard, Alchemy Reminds me of casualty of wars in a way with how board warping this card can be. Can be used as mass removal, mass reanimate, or a combo of the two. That versatility makes that is pretty good card.
Killian's Confidence {W}{B} Sorcery Target creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn. Draw a card. Whenever one or more creatures you control deal combat damage to a player, you may pay {W/B}. If you do, return this card from your graveyard to your hand. “Don’t hold back, because I certainly won’t.” Watermark: Silverquill Illustrated by Jodie Muir See play: Limited, Other formats??? A pretty sneaky good limited card since you can play this in silverquill or lorehold splashing the necessary color and does synergize with both college’s overal limited game plan. This effect is unique enough to be considered for 60 card formats…but, need to find a brew rather it going into a established brew. Time will tell.
Inkling Mascot {W}{B} Creature — Inkling Cat Repartee — Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell that targets a creature, this creature gains flying until end of turn. Surveil 1. (Look at the top card of your library. You may put it into your graveyard.) At the ready when words fail. 2/2 Watermark: Silverquill Illustrated by Inkognit See play: Limited, Singleton? Pauper? Just a pretty cute bear with mechanic upside in limited. The Repartee trigger is solid, but, not sure if solid enough to make it in 60 card formats but time will tell.
Imperious Inkmage {1}{W}{B} Creature — Orc Warlock Vigilance When this creature enters, surveil 2. (Look at the top two cards of your library, then put any number of them into your graveyard and the rest on top of your library in any order.) “It’s not ego if you’re flawless, darling.” 3/3 Watermark: Silverquill Illustrated by Nathaniel Himawan See play: Limited, Pauper? A pretty solid curve filler in limited with a solid ETB and keywork. That pretty much it.
Fix What's Broken {2}{W}{B} Sorcery As an additional cost to cast this spell, pay X life. Return each artifact and creature card with mana value X from your graveyard to the battlefield. Two tired souls finally found something to unite them. Watermark: Silverquill Illustrated by Chris Rallis See play: Multiple formats??? This is a very powerful, but, also very nich mass reanimation spell. Do note, you are restricted to a specific mana value. However, you can go wide or tall with this spell which is pretty neat. Don’t know if it beat reanimate in older formats, but, something to humor. This could do broken shenanigans in the right brew though.
Conciliator's Duelist {W}{W}{B}{B} Creature — Kor Warlock When this creature enters, draw a card. Each player loses 1 life. Repartee — Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell that targets a creature, exile up to one target creature. Return that card to the battlefield under its owner’s control at the beginning of the next end step. “By all means, let’s debate.” 4/3 Watermark: Silverquill Illustrated by Andrew Mar See play: Multiple formats The mana cost is a little tricky for this card but that Repartee trigger is very good to repeat powerful ETB and even solid ones like itself. Can see this being at least tested out in some Orzhov midrange brews that do flicker shenanigans.
Abigale, Poet Laureate {1}{W}{B} Legendary Creature — Bird Bard Flying Whenever you cast a creature spell, Abigale becomes prepared. (While it’s prepared, you may cast a copy of its spell. Doing so unprepares it.) 2/3 Heroic Stanza {1}{W/B} Sorcery Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature. Illustrated by Olivier Bernard See play: Limited, Singleton, Standard? Alchemy Be a pretty good uncommon bomb in limited. Not hard to prepare and the prepared spell is pretty solid. Be intesting to see if it makes it in 60 card formats, but, should be a fun card to play in commander.

Ok, got two colleges to review and the non college (no watermark) cards to review and should be done.
Spectacle Summit Land This land enters tapped. {T}: Add {U} or {R}. {2}{U}{R}, {T}: Surveil 1. (Look at the top card of your library. You may put it into your graveyard.) Shaped by both its own wild nature and the magic of visiting artists, the Muse and the surrounding landscape are a wonder to behold. Watermark: Prismari Illustrated by Andreas Zafiratos See play: Limited, Singleton, Standard? Alchemy? Mostly just a very solid budget/limited dual land. Mana sink ability is nice. Not much to say besides that. I be repeating this with every other dual land tbh.
Stormcarved Coast Land This land enters tapped unless you control two or more other lands. {T}: Add {U} or {R}. “Careful ideation crashes together with wild creativity. Though I am grateful to be made dean, I’ve found it difficult to represent just the one side.” —Veyran, dean of perfection Watermark: Prismari Illustrated by Leon Tukker See play: Multiple formats A very solid dual land for standard and a solid budget duel land for older formats. Not much to say here. I be repeating this with every other dual land tbh.
Thunderdrum Soloist {1}{R} Creature — Dwarf Bard Reach Opus — Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, this creature deals 1 damage to each opponent. If five or more mana was spent to cast that spell, this creature deals 3 damage to each opponent instead. 1/3 Watermark: Prismari Illustrated by Edgar Sánchez Hidalgo
Tackle Artist {3}{R} Creature — Orc Sorcerer Trample Opus — Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature. If five or more mana was spent to cast that spell, put two +1/+1 counters on this creature instead. “Let’s paint the field red!” 4/3 Watermark: Prismari Illustrated by Ioannis Fiore See play: Limited A pretty solid midrange threat in limited. That pretty much it.
Molten-Core Maestro {1}{R} Creature — Goblin Bard Menace Opus — Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature. If five or more mana was spent to cast that spell, add an amount of {R} equal to this creature’s power. “My media? Fury and flame.” 2/2 Watermark: Prismari Illustrated by Aleksi Briclot See play: Multiple formats Probably one of the more “fair” mana cheat cards I seen since you have to cast a five mana or more spell to get the mana rebate. Still, consistently buffing itself to get a bigger mana rebate should not be slept on.
Expressive Firedancer {1}{R} Creature — Human Sorcerer Opus — Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, this creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn. If five or more mana was spent to cast that spell, this creature also gains double strike until end of turn. “Now, let your movements respond to the music! Yes, just like that!” —Introduction to Interpretation 2/2 Watermark: Prismari Illustrated by Billy Christian See play: Limited Solid early game drop for limited and that pretty much it.
Artistic Process {3}{R}{R} Sorcery Choose one — • Artistic Process deals 6 damage to target creature. • Artistic Process deals 2 damage to each creature you don’t control. • Create a 3/3 blue and red Elemental creature token with flying. It gains haste until end of turn. Watermark: Prismari Illustrated by Mariah Tekulve See play: Limited, Singleton? A solid versatile curve filler in limited.
Orysa, Tide Choreographer {4}{U} Legendary Creature — Merfolk Bard This spell costs {3} less to cast if creatures you control have total toughness 10 or greater. When Orysa enters, draw two cards. Orysa and her troupe of turtles are a staple of Summitfest’s daytime celebrations. 2/2 Watermark: Prismari Illustrated by Anna Pavleeva See play: Limited, Singleton, Other formats?? Spending five mana for this…is not great. However, if you can cheat this out and flicker it…it’s pretty solid. (Looks at Meek Attack)
Muse's Encouragement {4}{U} Instant Create a 3/3 blue and red Elemental creature token with flying. Surveil 2. (Look at the top two cards of your library, then put any number of them into your graveyard and the rest on top of your library in any order.) Many Prismari students find their best ideas while under the gaze of the Muse. Watermark: Prismari Illustrated by Oriana Menendez See play: Limited, Pauper??? Mostly just a solid curve filler in limited and that pretty much it.
Muse Seeker {1}{U} Creature — Elf Wizard Opus — Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, draw a card. Then discard a card unless five or more mana was spent to cast that spell. “Failure can be a reason to quit or fuel for inspiration. The choice is always yours.” —Veyran, dean of perfection 1/2 Watermark: Prismari Illustrated by Dan Murayama Scott See play: ??? This is another time will tell for me honestly. However, this opus ability can be pretty strong in the right brew. Maybe can be humored in a reanimator control deck?
Exhibition Tidecaller {U} Creature — Djinn Wizard Opus — Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, target player mills three cards. If five or more mana was spent to cast that spell, that player mills ten cards instead. “Dangerously overflowing with creative expression.” —Strixhaven Star gallery show review 0/2 Watermark: Prismari Illustrated by Tulio Brito See play: Limited, Singleton, Standard, Alchemy Mill engine cards can see play in a variety of deck designs like reanimator (as well as mill). This has a chance honestly. Were see how it fares.
Deluge Virtuoso {2}{U} Creature — Human Wizard When this creature enters, tap target creature an opponent controls and put a stun counter on it. (If a permanent with a stun counter would become untapped, remove one from it instead.) Opus — Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, this creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn. If five or more mana was spent to cast that spell, this creature gets +2/+2 until end of turn instead. 2/2 Watermark: Prismari Illustrated by Justine Cruz See play: Limited Just ya frost lynx with set mechanic for the set. Mostly solid for limited and that pretty much it.
Zaffai and the Tempests {5}{U}{R} Legendary Creature — Human Bard Sorcerer Once during each of your turns, you may cast an instant or sorcery spell from your hand without paying its mana cost. “Leave everything on the stage and give them a performance they’ll never forget.” 5/7 Watermark: Prismari Illustrated by Olivier Bernard See play: Limited? Singleton, Other formats??? This is not beating omniscience any day of the week, but, the mana discount you can get with this card is no joke. Does hurt a teeny bit that the discount is only during your turns, but, someone will do some janky shenanigans with it.
Visionary's Dance {5}{U}{R} Sorcery Create two 3/3 blue and red Elemental creature tokens with flying. {2}, Discard this card: Look at the top two cards of your library. Put one of them into your hand and the other into your graveyard. Choreography powers the spell, but improvisation shapes it. Watermark: Prismari Illustrated by Josiah "Jo" Cameron See play:??? This is a time will tell for me honestly. Obviously mimicking magma opus and spells like this before. Is it as good as those spells? Not exactly, but, it’s pretty solid. Some deck running Mizzix’s Mastery will have fun with this probably.
Vibrant Outburst {U}{R} Instant Vibrant Outburst deals 3 damage to any target. Tap up to one target creature. “I’ll show you a ‘colorful insult’!” Watermark: Prismari Illustrated by Eelis Kyttanen See play: Multiple formats Tempo lightning strike is very good. Not really much else to say besides this being tested in a lot of tempo/aggro decks.
