Failed to launch error | EA Forums - 13264167 I have updated my game, the hot fix of March 18th, and my game still doesn't launch with cc installed. I still get the message "Failed to launch game" when... - 13264167

So I've personally given up on the Failed To Launch issue but EA is looking for user folders.

It's funny how the Sims market place is designed literally to milk more money from us, but for me, personally, it's had the opposite effect. It's cured me of my need to own everything. I no longer care to have it all, and I have no desire to spend more money on the game. It's actually liberating. 😅

Reposting my nugget of wisdom!!!

Why is this important? Because launching from the shortcut will patch your game first before it launches. Put your app in offline mode first then hit the play button next to the game you want to play offline, and you'll be fine till this horror show is over 🥴

Well, it works! I finished a framework for main menu override that highlights free community content for PC/Mac. It updates automatically and I’ll be opening sign-ups for free creators soon!
