"cat's sick but we're going to mandy* her for now"

Looks like an old pal of mine (and ace musician / all round lovely person) Andrew Milk in the background too
That said I’m actually psyched to watch any film that isn’t fucking Paw patrol
Psyched to watch it. enjoyed the short story it’s based on
watch out: I thought I was signing up for information about a new Boards of Canada release but it turns out I enlisted myself for national service
If Artemis II was British they’d be re-entering the atmosphere on a replacement bus service right now

Just FYI. 5 brand new longish tracks of textured reflection that possibly sound like someone attempting to rip Deepchord off but doing the entire recording session on a very breezy Lancastrian moor. 1 RT = 1 Prayer. Jah Bless.
not sure but i often reward myself with a bit of freeform soiling when i get to "laundry basket zero"
I think it has the honour of being the first hit record made in Pro Tools, too.
Happy pink moon everyone

not trying to stick up for Terris but I do find myself whistling that "the time is now" song of theirs at least 3 times per year (and managing to perfectly, almost uncannily capture his weird raspy voice)
this sounds amazing
Wait one of those not new at all. New to me anyway.
The Sunken Land Begins to Rise Again - M John Harrison
Small Mercies - Dennis Lehane
8 Lives of a Century-Old Trickster - Mirinae Lee
Karma Doll - Jonathan Ames
City in Ruins - Don Winslow
Elena Ferrante - My Brilliant Friend
Some new-ish fiction I've read and loved relatively recently:
Long Island Compromise - Taffy Brodesser-Akner
There There - Tommy Orange
Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow - Gabrielle Zevin
Caledonia Road - Andrew O'Hagan
Heat 2 - Michael Mann
Ah spring, the coldest of all seasons
eating my sons' easter eggs is good parenting, in fact. They don't need all that sugar.
how terribly cruel
I got a pair of Cliftons to start running after an injury. Have had about 4 pairs since and run loads in them. They're also normal enough to wear as regular ol' walkin' about shoes. Top quality + the cushioning is fantastic. I think the Bondis are the most cushioned. And I'm told they look "sick".
I've found the quality of nursery / park parents I've met in Leyton to be pretty high (and without sounding like a stalker I'm pretty sure I've seen you around!)
Ran the Lee Valley ultra for the second time yesterday. Today I’m sleep deprived, aching, sun burned and generally broken, and looking for another one to sign up for before the post-race depression sets in.

Very excited to be performing as Myriad Myriads again, alongside some amazing people, and at a reasonable hour as well. You should come!

Imagine how good it feels to be running through the city early in the morning, dodging the suits with their lime bikes and golf umbrellas, when this comes on your headphones over the radio

Thank you, going to dive into this. Sounds beautiful on first quick listen. I have to plug that S Mathieu mastered one of my most recent things!

particularly sad this sort of shit is happening when the institution is closing all the creative courses like photography
