I shared this piece before, but never explained the story behind it. Earlier this year, my wife needed emergency surgery for an ectopic pregnancy. Within hours, what started as a worry turned into a terrifying reality. They had to remove the pregnancy and her fallopian tube to save her.

One of the most meaningful lessons I’ve learned is how important it is to make others feel important. Not on a surface-level—really notice what you appreciate, show them, and SAY it. We often assume our kind, talented friends already know how amazing they are. But often, they don’t hear it enough.

Thank you for always making me feel important and seen. You’re the best husband I’ve ever had 😉♥️
