quick year recap

I want to share positive stuff more often, but ngl it's a bit hard when I was dying from being sick on my day off a week ago while this day off is trying to destroy me mentally
But it's okay. We'll keep grinding bros
Fun fact: You might recognize Exa Takahito, one of the lead concept artists for Heaven Burns Red, as the artist who created several illustrations for Umineko, including portrait designs
Hm, I don't think Clock Up adapted any of the earlier games from this "series" unless I forgot something. I mean, euphoria has a book, but it's closer to a spin-off
Also, interesting to see Kurashiki handling the adaptation himself. Usually, companies rely on a different writer for this kind of job
I tried, and I feel like the translation is better than I expected. It does a good job of conveying characters' voices and simply reads well
It looks like Jast was involved in some way, but the game doesn't credit translators/editors, so I can't tell you more for now
I didn't play Heaven Burns Red much back when it released in JP, so now I'm experiencing a lot of content for the first time. I can nitpick some stuff here and there, but it's definitely *Maeda* for better or worse. Personally, I'm happy for it
Also, choices like this were an amazing idea
If you don't know, the game itself is written by Hisaya Naoki, the creator of Kanon and one of the writers of One and Moon
Gameplay is as varied as the original Fate/Extra, so don't expect much though
I'm not the biggest Crystar fan, but I keep returning to its OP
Yanagi Nagi's vocals, and the director is Oishi Tatsuya himself, the person behind Bakemonogatari and Kizumonogatari. These people know their stuff

Oh, this place finally allows you to create threads. Glad to see this feature , and maybe it will motivate me posting here more often, but we'll see
I guess there might be a proper reason for this since she is a part of Nexton now and is probably busy with other projects
And the new artist also has a connection to R07, so it's not a bad deal overall
I have uh fond memories of Stalker randomly soft-/hardlocking me despite being in development for nearly 10 years, but yeah, I'd still prefer a smoother experience in general lmao
Another wave! Though I didn't expect people to care this much about the block feature ngl. I mean, it's perfectly fine to care about it. It's just me who barely used it and was a bit surprised
How excited are you for Shiniyuku Kimi? โ I guess you mean the second nikuniku game, but yeah, I'm happy to see the series again. Although I'm glad to see any kind ofโฆ retrospring.net/@KulVario/a/...
I wonder if this place will become a bit more active with a wave of new users. For a short time, I guess. But it probably won't in a long run until twitter becomes completely insufferable
I notice new features occasionally but there's still no comfortable way to create threads. I'll keep waiting ๐
How busy you are with loving yuel
I post a lot of threads, but it's a bit hard to use them here for now unfortunately
It's time to explore this new unfamiliar place.
*But* I still believe that the journey itself was much more thrilling than Orient Express. It's a bit hard to remember a ton of names at first, but the story gets really tight once the main event starts going for real
Finished And Then There Were None
Probably no need to say much, so I'll just sum up my thoughts. In my opinion, the book is a good example of the journey being more fun than the destination type. I didn't think that the trick was nearly as exciting as the trick of Roger Ackroyd or Orient Express
It's pretty cute seeing Kanon and ToHeart seiyuu covering the songs from, well, Kanon and ToHeart
The story follows Rinne on her day before the wedding. It's okay, but probably not worth it unless you miss the cast and want more of their banter (one of the strongest parts of Island for me).
Also, some wild lore here
Finished Ashita, Watashi wa... / Tomorrow is the big day
Additional side story that is a part of Island console port. It was even translated on Switch. Originally a drama CD, so every single line is voiced, but expect short length
I've been using laptops for the last 10 years, so it should be nice to finally have something that doesn't die after opening ten tabs
Aside from setting up this account, I applied for a higher position at my job and received a new PC. I still need to wait for an answer and check if everything is fine with the PC, but it was an eventful day already
Oh, I wasn't the only one struggling with it. And I still have no idea how it's supposed to work lmao. I managed to do something on my phone, but I still see nothing on pc
One small step for man, one new social media. Let's hope this sky stays clear
