I don't think they really mean "servicing"...
On Saturday I described someone as being "at 7s and 9s" instead of "at 6s and 7s", but since the latter is a bonkers way to describe something, I feel justified in that mistake.
I just said "haven't they heard about Bette Midler's house?".
