I take it back, I will watch one "sports" anime: Yuri on Ice. And while I can and will complain (loudly) that we never see them kiss. They are at least canonically a couple. And it is less intense than other aspects of the show, yeah. 😂
I designed a character sheet for Questgiver. It even includes some reminders about rules! I added it to the website so feel free to check that out whenever you get a chance.
See this is why I don't watch sports anime. They always chicken out on the kissing.
