I know practically every county in the usa has a county mental health department.

You can get better service from private, paid for providers, though.

By their actions along with your past experiences.

The more time u have to evaluate them, the more accurate ur judgement will be.

Also get wise advice from people you trust, hopefully ppl who know them

Life is strange, hard, doesn't go the ways we want it to go.

Be patient in life, learn ur own strengths & weaknesses, don't compare urselves with others.

For some, it takes longer to make connections, figure out life, & find our place in the world.
