My 12yo son does this, can confirm.

I'm still REALLY salty of the how and why it was cancelled. #RenewTheAcolyte, y'all.
Been watching an episode of #TheAcolyte with my kid before sending him off to school in the morning (when there aren't new episodes of #Maul! THAT gets priority!), It's his first viewing, and this morning we just watched NIGHT. And that episode still absolutely cooks.
I can hear that.
I don't know any, others, but I'm ancient enough to definitely remember Baby Jessica.
I just have Wolfman Jack recordings playing on repeat while summoning nostalgia about racing on dusty roads
And I love that the showrunners know that, and just lean into it.
And man, yeah, that family is Toxic as Hell. A great show when you're not forcing yourself to justify that anyone in that family is ever The One Who Is Right.
Just finished Malcolm In The Middle: Life's Still Unfair, and man, it works so well. So glad we finished a watch of the OG with the kids earlier in the year so it was not only fresh, but made watching this one with everyone so much more fun.
Related: Dark Crystal Age Of Resistance was really great stuff, and it's a tragedy it was cancelled when it was.
Visited the Center for Puppetry Arts in Atlanta today with the fam. Found quite a few familiar faces!
My Kid screamed to us from the downstairs to turn on the livestream as the capsule was descending, so we turned it on watched it together as a family, so yeah, Space is Back with the youths, y'all.

Project Necromancer gets a new twist.
The fact that it didn't happen last night doesn't change the fact that this threat was made (and it still ism't off the table!) Don't forget. Don't let Congress off the hook.
so, he should still be removed from office as soon as humanly possible
Eh, some fan blog with clearly low contributor standards.
Ah, those early days of wonder.
I do remember how much seeing Mon Mothma caught me off guard, and I realized, Oh, this is going to be special. And I still had no idea how much of an understatement that was.
Trump just threatened to wipe out an entire civilization.
We cannot let war make us lose sight of our humanity.
We cannot forget that Iranian children are children of God too.
We cannot allow war crimes to be committed in our name.
Congress must act now.
That's more like it.
It was on the pre-installed corner-of-the-room TVs in my Springfield, Missouri High School (it was my Fresman year - I moved states and schools later that year). I remember it was announced, and there was an instantaneous combination of sounds of frustration, and "YES!" throughout the classroom.
Yes. I truly hope this is another example of TACO Trump, who doesn't follow through on his threats and claim 'art of the deal', but even fake genocidal threats are warcrimes and bad and are unacceptable, and any member of Congress not saying this is not worth their spit.
Uh. Yeah, I tend to really dig Warnock but whoever scheduled this and allowed this to go out now needs to read the damn room.
"Look, genocide is in poor taste, but at least we're not showing kindness to Trans people" is a real position that people say out loud while also fervently trying to convince us that they are the real champions of the teachings of Jesus.
DR SEUSS CARTOON: A woman, wearing an AMERICA FIRST shirt, joyfully reading a book titled 'Adolf the Wolf' to two shocked children. The words she reads are "and the Wolf chewed up the children and spir out their bones. But those were Foreign Children and it really didn't matter."
If you are in any way supporting or justifying (or refusing to have any regret for past support of) this administration, this is you.
And the worst part is, you might not see anything wrong with it, or being a criticism at all.
And that's why it's hard to not feel helpless.
The President is openly declaring in no uncertain terms his willingness to do a genocide.
"A whole civilization will die tonight" if they do not do as he demands, "never to be brought back again."
No coded language, dog whistles, plausible deniability.
You support him, you support what happens.

Banner: JESUS IS COMING LIVE IN OERSON - PALM SUNDAY March 16
Reminded of that time while I was in the Seattle area in 2008 and some local Church was hosting Jim Caviezel as a special guest on Palm Sunday and advertised it with this giant banner.
