My favorite part about my job is working with directors and vision holders that can get me to see what they're seeing.

Production's job is so much easier when you have a bright North Star to schedule around, and identify problems that are going to conflict with that vision.

I find strong producers view the work they need to do as a series of goals and NOT a series of actions.

Often bad producers push bad process, culture, and rituals because they assume they know what's best.
