Yeah that’s curious perhaps our meta cognitive capacities are true generalists.
In that they can make opaque mechanisms over and above their intended targets.
Where intended would, I guess, be anything that makes us more compelling truth tellers or liars.

Am not getting something, the content of the representation, what it is about, is a (typical cause/stabilizing) irrespective of whether the vehicle state is also tokened as a concept.
Why would that make the content conceptual?

So in what sense is representational content is conceptual?
Or do you not subscribe to the representationalist theory of phenomenal content of perceptual states, as per transparency.
