Author copies arrived today. Super happy about this one. It started as a crash course in knowledge-first epistemology I gave at the University of Zurich a few years ago. My hope is that it will be accessible to (advanced) students and non-epistemologists.
Weather app, Day 1, -14 °C, feels like -18°C, Day 2, -18°C, feels like -24 °C, Day 3, -24 °C, feels like -37 °C. Did it feel like -37 °C on Day 1?

Reviewing two distinct manuscripts for two distinct journals. While the texts are clearly different. I can't but feel that the author is the same. Almost makes me want to accept both of these just to see if my gut feeling was right.
Me: So, what do you think—if all the humans and animals, every living being, disappeared suddenly, would there still be colors?
My 12 1/2 yrs old: OMG, what the freakin' heck?! How did you even get your job?!
Now forthcoming! My ambition here is to provide a comprehensive, accessible, up to date intro to K-first epistemology.

Thanks! Super happy about it. I really wanted to publish k-first at that Critical intro series. I like that series. Like, the Bayesian intro is so good. I hope this one will stand to the standard.
Not really on stoicism but on the suspension-inaction connection, there are some tentative remarks on suspension understood as a mood being connected to skeptical temperament in our section 6, pages 22-23 here. But it's just at the let's-think-more-about-this level. philpapers.org/rec/GUISAA-3
Je recommande La nature des émotions non seulement à ceux qui s'intéressent aux émotions mais à toute personne intéressée à avoir une idée de ce que font les philosophes analytiques francophones de cette nouvelle génération! Joie d'avoir pris part à cette discussion!
Cool! Was always puzzled by the idea that trust is risky, looking forward to read it!
C'était excellent d'avoir Samuel comme Keynote pour le congrès de la SPQ!
Haha! Merci pour tes présentations! On a eu de belles discussions, je trouve. Et oui, on est jeune

So is having an American pope during Trump's time comparable to having a Polish pope during the cold war?
?
Leo XIII wrote about rights of workers and unions. A social pope.
Does this means another revival of Thomism is coming?
