Also some of the balance choices were weird like Honest Dan basically being 'You'd better hope your teammates suck or your character perk is useless!' Like... Why do that?

I personally enjoyed B4B more and I think it's because I like the roguelike genre which B4B definitely took some notes from with stuff like the meta progression of the cards and the RNG of what spawns.
