A split image contrasts two symbolic scenes.

On the left, a calm, dark blue space contains a few softly glowing, iridescent bubbles drifting freely under a gentle beam of light, conveying openness and balance.

On the right, a dense cluster of bright orange and red bubbles glows intensely in a darker, smoky background, with many smaller bubbles compressed around larger central ones, suggesting pressure, crowding, and imbalance.

Started my 2026 (on the 1st!) reading with "The Devils" by Joe Abercrombie. I'm only halfway through the book but I'm having a blast. My favorite parts of the book so far is the character dialogue -- I've genuinely been laughing out loud at the interplay between the characters. :)
