This is HUUGE!
(To coin a phrase) every accusation is a confession.
Me, too. ANY Republican at any level is endorsing the Trump regime and its destruction of democracy and the rule of law.

Paxton's an idiot who projects. He's our own texas terrorist.
Every death at the Pulse nightclub was a political assassination. So was every death at Tree of Life synagogue, every death at Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church, every death at the El Paso Walmart, and many more.
And every one of those lives was just as important as Charlie Kirk.
2/So, yes, McConnell and Roberts, and all the rest of them. Cf. Stuart Stevens. L. Cheney, Kinzinger. Even before Reagan. And especially Lewis Powell and his despicable memorandum.
1/ Moreover... it's not "the Congress" or "the Supreme Court" who have been THE problem, it is and has been the REPUBLICANS (in Cong and on the SC).
- Arrested judge for getting in the way of ICE
- Declared ICE can search homes without a warrant
- Ordered DOJ to persecute political opponents
- Kidnapped US citizens and exiled them to a foreign country.
That was all one day. Trump must be impeached and removed. Nothing less will help.
Last night I wrote about Abrego Garcia’s case. Today, SCOTUS confirmed it’s true. Even though their stay is just temporary, he remains in cruel & unusual conditions in a foreign prison with no recourse. It could happen to any of us. joycevance.substack.com/p/the-week-a...
I'm told the price of eggs is about to go down because we've discovered 46 new chickens in the U.S. Senate.
Gorsuch is such a tool. And a disgusting hypocrite.
A tweet from Amy McGrath includes a list of political promises attributed to Donald Trump, such as building a wall paid for by Mexico, ending the war in Ukraine on Day 1, and fixing the national debt. She dismisses these claims as "bullshit." Below her tweet is a post from Acyn, featuring a screenshot of Trump speaking on Fox News. The quoted text from Trump suggests that tariffs will generate immense wealth for the U.S., making it difficult to decide where to spend the money. The Fox News ticker at the bottom reads: "DON'T HAVE THE CARDS," referring to Ukraine-Russia ceasefire deal negotiations.
Yup. All of it.
Rich white men have done a hostile takeover of the US government and are selling it off for parts--profiting themselves, further enriching themselves, and aiding our enemies along the way. This is not Trump 1.0. This administration is much worse.
My thoughts, David Rothkopf's words.
What can you do?
Don’t give up hope. Dictators feed off your hopelessness.
Don’t quit. Dictators want you to give up.
Punch back. Dictators are bullies, and bullies are cowards.
Stay tethered to the truth. Dictators need you to believe their lies.
Resist. Stand with others.
Done.
Imagine if @aoc @sanders.senate.gov , every dem, SIMULTANEOUSLY held Town Halls where they allowed grant and contract recipients to explain to the country what it is they do and why it's important
Invite all media. Including RW podcasters. @spaces Flood the zone
Call it a Day Of Transparency
Any four Republican Senators could stop this at any time simply by threatening to block all action (or even caucus with the Democrats) if Trump doesn't make certain concessions.
They won't, but that should be a much bigger story than whether the Democrats are doing everything that *they* can.
Martyn. I had to look up "bisisaphile". LoL
The traditional media have failed on so many levels
Morning, Martyn!
