Are you working on a UI for it?

I came up with a random product idea, after doing the same thing over and over again for more than a week.
I bet people would pay at least $5 a month for it ๐
Some photos from the Canada Day fireworks last night!
I'd love to figure out a way to 100% host a site serverless and for free possibly using Cloudflare pages.
Even better would be allowing others to do the same.
I was tinkering with a micro framework, like building one. Absolutely no reason to make one because there's 100's
I also liked the idea of learning how to make a static site.
I called the framework Pico, and then the code named the static site as Picosaurus, now I think I've named the photo app ๐
Yea, the thing that makes photography frustrating is perfection.
I'd like a way of dumping nearly everything.
But have ways of maybe displaying images like raw ( everything ), curated, timeline, and location.
I went back and bought this ๐
Did you have any thoughts that you'd want to share?
I'd love something simple, even a static site using Markdown.
Must be cold or lukewarm ๐
I shot the first two today, and edited the others.
I was using Unsplash a tiny bit, and now that it's got Getting image garbage all over I don't like it at all.
He seemed like a guy who would.
Next Laracon? Do it up as galla! ๐
I'm going on a photo walk today with a friend. I haven't shot a photo in years ๐ฅน
Love shooting, hate editing, hate instagram, dislike all photo sites.
Build my own?
What would you want to see in a photo site?
I hald 1/2 expected to see @aaronfrancis.com in a spotlight playing the piano.
Thanks!
I need to figure out a solid way to clamp everything. I had an edge that didn't enough pressure.
But building the proto type taught me what to look out for.
I'll update you in a year when I shoot and post the video ๐
Next time I'm in he office I'll try to swing by. My office is maybe a block and a half away.
I found this adding machine at the thrift store and am in love with the keys!
This is almost a catalyst find where I spent hundreds of dollars to buy everything I'd need to 3D print a calculator so I can use these buttons.
What's frustrating is that Superstore is still by far the cheapest. At least in Alberta, there are a lot of options but all owned by 4 massive companies.
There's no room for a one off store that can possibly complete.
I'm embarrassed to admit that I've never been to your establishment.
Especially since I've followed you for... 18 years?
Next time I'm on the south end...
I think I'd also add a little inset base so that the box sits about 1/8th of an inch above the surface.
I slapped the prototype together, one corner didn't clamp very well and then I missed a bit of glue in another ๐ฌ
But at least making the prototype taught me what to look out for when I build it for real.
I'm most proud of the lid detail, and the reveal around the edge.
Edmonton, Alberta my friend ๐
Thanks!, It went from +10c to -20c.
One day I'll finish this thing! ๐ญ
I went with a gap because the lid sits in a groove, I'd rather the gap be larger and on purpose than a tiny gap and annoy me ๐
My prototype isn't glued yet, but the scrap maple ended up having a lot of chatoyancy. So I'll see this all the way to completion.
With or without the gap?
I had my first Guinness in maybe 20+ years this month and it was much better than I remembered. Many of the people I spoke to that night said the same thing.
I'm not sure if it what has changed but it was really nice!
And maybe you'd like even more room for activities! You can move your Terminal window to the editor!
Another great shortcut is the Active Tool Resize. Say you focus @sourcegraph.com Code and want a bit more space, or you've entered the terminal and you want some more height.
Next up is the Jump to Navigator Bar, it's perfect for navigating the file tree and code structures. It's also fuzzy searchable.
The tool window has be the best speeler shortcut in @jetbrains.com PHP Storm, it easily allows you to hide your Tool Window Bars and not worry about a bunch short cuts.
