Giving myself the space to work within my capabilities for as long as it takes. It's time to celebrate the stepping stones, not skip them.

Not me realizing the reason plotting has been a nightmare on a new series is because it was always meant to be cozier, minimally angsty, with the slowest of burns and less heat (scenes, not spicy goodness) than my usual romances.

Once that clicked, it finally made sense.

omg the WORST 🤣😅 how dare you little sneaks be so fun and interesting that I now need to give you a full arc???

Why is it every time I try to plot a cute novella, the MCs demand a full novel??

I never used to negotiate with muse terrorists, but here I am, folding like a lawn chair.
