Getting healthy progress since November:
I was 315lbs today I’m 285lbs
I was a 56” Waist today I’m a 50”
I was a 60” Chest today I’m a 54”
My A1c was 7.8 it’s now 6.6

Rolling into Monday not sure if I want to throw up or pass out after a brisk early morning walk. Decided to go to work instead. Have a good week everyone.
