This inspires the leading researcher. He comes back a month later with a device that will allow the FF gang to shrink down to the nano scale and "run cancer off the road". A sympathetic child who is driving with Letty earlier is the first member of the clinical trial

Through his interaction with the crew they realize two things 1) the problem with cancer is that it progresses too fast
2) cancer doesn't care about family
Dom wonders out loud if there is anything faster than cancer that does care about family

Through their charitable work they meet a leading cancer researcher who is played by a mega star from a developing nation -- let's say bad bunny.

Unfortunately while riding shotgun the crew realizes that they have nothing to learn -- they are actually the best drivers in the world. They decide to start their own make a wish program and soon are driving sick kids fast making their dreams come true.
