The more vocal group members might be inclined to talk first, which might leave others more, silent more often. But more vocal/confident doesn't always mean more knowledgeable or better, of course.

In a digital setting, I always struggled with how to tackle that dynamic, to be honest.

I think this part is most important, and potentially the most tricky for a group-based approach to work.

In my experience, it's not always clear when someone does not feel comfortable, and so opportunities for that 1:1 should still be available.

Tailscan is more complex than that haha.

I run tailwind in a webworker on the background. Also has ability to do conversion, arbitrary values, config support, auto completion, class validation etc.

So lots of features to rewrite.

3.500.000.000 tokens later, I'm nearly done with making 800.000 summaries of court cases.

That's roughly 5 million A4 papers of text processed and turned into 500.000 A4 papers of text for summaries.

Equivalent of a stack of paper reaching ~600 meters high.

Huge mistake. Got away with minimal damage though.

Ended up with only
- 6 AI generated landing pages
- 4 AI agents
- 1 'authentic' AI outreach tool
- and a boilerplate for making boilerplate kits

Doing 3 to 6. Too late for microdosing, it's day 2 already.

I seem to survive.. somewhat. Woke up 8am today. 4pm now. It's hard to stay awake but I'm managing.

Just slept from 4am to 4pm, uninterrupted. Heavily jetlegged.
