Yeah, I really hope so! I watched the recordings sent by my friends, and even after someone at the conference pointed out that her behavior was offensive, her response didn't convincingly demonstrate that it wasn't intentional, which was quite bothersome.
Yeah, I was completely shocked and still can't understand how this could happen, especially given that NeurIPS has ethical chairs, yet this still occurred...
