chill, it’s just a cake

200g of plant butter creamed with 200g of sugar, beat in 2 eggs and 300g of grated carrots. Add a handful of frozen blueberries. Sift in 180g of wholemeal flour, pinch of salt, tsp of baking powder. Add cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Bake in a loaf pan at 180 for 45mins to 1hr. Let cool and ice

You can buy a cassette off them, in person after a gig. They keep them all in a rucksack and each one is slightly different
