Labour is divided over the green threat. After Gorton and Denton, Labours battle with the Greens could get nastier.

Labour can keep attacking - it hasn't worked and won’t change the truth.

They’re protecting wealth and power.

The Green Party are fighting for people and planet.

Lower bills. Tax billionaires. Protect the NHS.

Call off the King’s visit to the US for the 250th anniversary of America's independence With the current political chaos in the US and Trump’s failure to adhere to international norms, and given his apparent obsession with the Monarchy, calling off this visit would send a powerful messag...

Unbelievable. King Charles is STILL set to fly to the US to celebrate with Trump in April. With everything Trump is saying and doing right now - and the hate and chaos he's spreading - this trip must be cancelled. Agree? Add your name to the petition today: you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/ca...

I've written to TBC asking why we've seen nothing from our 22 Jan meeting with @severntrentwater.bsky.social on sewage in our rivers. STW promised greater dialogue & transparency at that meeting plus some agreed actions. This is not a great start. #Tewkesbury #Sewage

Poor living standards don’t just hit people’s pockets, they leave people feeling powerless By Laura Hutchinson

Very powerful article from Laura Hutchinson of Citizens Advice. I am lucky enough to work alongside the amazing CA colleagues in the Tewkesbury Foodbank. This article exemplifies what I see and hear from the many who are forced to seek help to survive - open.substack.com/pub/bestforb...

Roughly four out of every five pounds that Reform UK has raised in big, reportable cheques since it was founded can be traced to people who either make their money from the fossil-fuel system or publicly campaign against climate science and net-zero.

Giving 16- and 17-year-olds the vote is a long-overdue win for democracy — On this one I am happy to say well done, Labour.

But let’s not stop here. It’s time to:
* Abolish the unelected House of Lords
* Introduce PR so every vote counts

Young people deserve real representation.

Dear Keir - following #PMQs today, a reminder of the letter we you sent last week after you repeated false claims about the Green Party's manifesto. Unlike Labour and the Conservatives we were honest about the need to raise taxes on the wealthiest to fund the services we all need.

I asked the Deputy Prime Minister if she would impose huge, remote unitary County Councils if that is against the wishes of local residents & how she can justify having County Councillors last elected in 2021, leading negotiations on the biggest shake-up of local government in the last half-century.

5 years on from our exit from the EU, the devastating impacts of Brexit on young people, small businesses and our economy are clear to see.

The Green Party wants to see the UK rejoin the Customs Union & Single Market and to to re-join the EU when the political will is present.

@ECIU_UK warns: “English farmers have just suffered the second worst harvest on record after a winter of extreme rainfall, driven by climate change.”

Greens will:
✅ Support nature-friendly farming
✅ Tackle climate change at its root

Farmers need action, not excuses. #ClimateCrisis #GreenParty

Five years ago today Britain left the EU - and since then the costs have only got clearer. Young people missing out on opportunities, small businesses finding it harder to export - we're all losing out. Greens will continue to press the govt for a closer relationship with the EU.
