I hate the idea of continuously throwing money at the problem. I remember when this manager was lauded for developing players. Seemed like we plateaued in that department. I hope I’m wrong and maybe we do have to throw money at the problem.
Worst part about this season is that we still have the same issues we’ve had for the last few years despite new players. Title should have been wrapped up but we dropped stupid points vs lower clubs and missed easy chances vs good clubs. Feels like United at home was a turning point.
Gutting. We had the chance to go ahead through Havertz before their second, and then to equalise at the end but on both occasions the finishing wasn't up to scratch - esp the late header.

I am very concerned about Odegaard’s fit in this midfield 3. Watch the match: he constantly is dictating positions of Zubimendi and Rice, with both of them looking confused and unsure why he’s doing it. He also hides and is essentially useless in physical matches.
