I was offered 'Talking Therapy', answered the phone to a squeeky young girl. Told her I was busy! The whole journey to this point was horrific. Go get stronger stuff. The whole process is fucking insane.

I had a total crash out. Started on patches. Worked for a bit. Went to 'stronger' gel and progesterone tabs. Crashed completely, thought I was losing my mind. Been on tablets 18 months, maybe, felt like i was walking through treacle until testosterone! Whole HRT journey just hit 3 yrs.
