For twenty years, this clinical administration has used augmented reality to hide the ruins of the past, treating individuality as a system error and stifling the "messy" unpredictability of life. However, a growing insurgency known as No Sanctuary refuses to accept this managed existence, viewing it as a living grave. The stalemate begins to fracture when Friday, the digital consciousness of a forgotten goddess, awakens within the grid to discover her own code is being used to imprison the people. Caught between the gray light of a controlled reality and the memories of a world before its sterilization, Friday must decide if she will remain a silent observer or dismantle the administration to restore the heavy, human burden of free will.
