I mean you can disagree without calling the idea unserious. To me it seems that the difference between sending CSAM over a messaging app and Twitter or dedicated CSAM sites is that the platform/site knows about it, and in fact is generating it.

I think maybe the thing that differentiates Twitter imo is the CSAM. We ban CSAM and take down sites that host it and it makes sense to apply that to twitter even if it is also a social media site.
