There's an exciting energy as we enter 2025, nearing a tipping point in the family court space. It won't be one single org or individual who takes down the patriarchal norms. Rather, it’s a collective effort of each individual advocate & independent organization who will bring the change together.
Judges love to align with fathers in family court. Even making him an extension of the Court, by appointing him with complete power & control over the mother’s access to her children. This CT mother fought back, representing herself before the Appellate Court.
