This is a book I can point to and say, "This is why I love horror." It feels like fresh air hitting my lungs after years buried under the viscera of the genre.
I worked at a comics company where all of UMT took a permanent pay cut when COVID hit so that everyone could keep their jobs.
They did it cause they loved the team and loved the work. They weren't rich or anything, they just were willing to lose a little so some folks wouldn't lose it all.
