i could see the weight of the world on their shoulders in that video. that video has a film of weight that colours it. i am so grateful for how eager they are to come back to us and though i can't promise a world free of the weight they were bearing, i hope we can shoulder it together.

but i am grateful for their growth. like so genuinely grateful that they love this team and that they got the last three years to nurture that love with the healthy distance. they got to explore their individual identities and show us so many new pretty sides of them.

i wish people had kept bts' name out of their mouths, if i were to roughly state how i feel. they deserved a proper break from the limelight but they didn't fully get that.

i thank the me of then for keeping me safe and healthy and upright through some really tough times, but i love who i am right now so fucking much. three years later and i had the most brutal rebirth. i'm still not exactly where i wanted to be but i am on my way there.
