No. If you expect your client to do 1 thing to help you win the case you have already fucked up.

How tragic that you could publish, then re-publish, then re-publish, then re-publish, then re-publish a cartoon like this over and over again...

Made the mistake once of the entire family having the same Apple ID. At the time Apple encouraged it. After an update a couple of years later we started getting each other’s texts. Bad. Really bad. WhatsApp didn’t have that mix up. So for a while that was the main way we texted.

I don’t think the Blazers ownership gives Tiago enough credit. This was a hard year & he did well

The Alamo is a triumph of marketing, and little else.

Would you like contact info for a personal shopper at Sak’s? They do requests like this & do them well. They don’t charge.

Or go in to Nordstrom’s, find the sales person who dresses in a way you like & ask them.

& they enjoy this sort of stuff.

I think I posted this before. A former boss of mine was in his end of year assessment. He worked for a large Wall Street firm.

They asked him his goals for the coming year. He said to be a better jazz trumpet player. They asked him why he didn’t have professional goals & why was he working there

& lots of experience in that area. I would never have dug in for more than a million.

So there are times the lack of experience is ok.

All of this is hard to tell a client. It’s really more for you to know.

Honestly. You will get experience.

& once in a while the experience hurts you. Someone took a case that I wasn’t sure was really a case. If it was a case, I thought its max value was 1 million. The person trying it asked for 1 billion. Jury awarded 30 million as a compromise amount.

I have lots

Around 600. That seems high.
