I think during summer I built up a supply of Numblemons which were my main source of keeping my stomach full, vegetable juice is the best way to keep health up. As for stamina... lol good luck

Easiest is going to be the mushroom/wild leaf stew because you can get it for free daily on the farm pretty easy
Besides that I'd recommend growing a bunch of dress lettuce & making vegetable juice because that's all you really need to do well

I know I've suggested several to you in the past, so a more recent one is Weirdthrob by mehro! I can't explain exactly what about it I like so much, but I love it start to end.

Yeah the combat is definitely a little rough, there's a few classes later that I enjoy. Will say while I haven't made it far in Xenoblade, I did prefer this combat to the little I did of Xenoblade.
