Time to bring out the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch!
I think its a fairly common dream, not sure what its meant to signify. I have a few recurring dream motifs, none as realistic as that one was.
Used to have intense dreams of flying in my late teens and 20s. Had to work hard to convince myself they werent real!
cover the magazine The Economist. chinese president Xi Jinpingnis off to the right with a smile on his face while trump is out of focus on the left but we can see his big squishy mouth is open in mid-speech (almost certainly saying something absolutely inane). the headline over all of is NEVER INTERRUPT YOUR ENEMY WHEN HE'S MAKING A MISTAKE
woof.
This is my favorite climate change chart. Japanese monks, aristocrats, and emperors kept meticulous records of cherry blossom festivals for 1,200 years and accidentally built the world's longest climate dataset.
I give it 2 weeks....

Answering questions with lies isnt my idea of accessibility
As much as it pains me, I'm leaning the same way these days.
The USA has asked Ukraine for weapons to defend against Iranian drones. Zelensky told them to negotiate as they don't have any cards.
is Trump first Ottoman president?
>gilded everything
>retarded, constantly scheming sons

Worst Biden appointee. Maybe worst Dem appointee since...who knows?
from the relief of Ramesses III at Medinet Habu depicting events around 1175 BCE, two boats full of warriors, one with feathered headgear usually considered Philistines and one with horned headgear, with lots of them dying and falling out of boats
Just finished "The Origins of Ancient Israel and Palestine–Seeing Peoples Beyond States", part of my upcoming history of ancient Israel and Judah. Here's the conclusion
Two b/w images of Indian Air Force helicopters – top image shows two , bottom image shows one close up. They have been hung with richly decorated textiles, complete with four hollow ‘legs’, two massive ‘ears’, a pair of ‘tusks’, and a massive ‘trunk’
In anniversary news which I can’t quite verify, it may be 39 years (possibly more) since the Indian Air Force dressed their helicopters up as elephants for Republic Day

Well, firstly it was just a woman, but then the Dems had to double down and make it a black woman, so what could ordinary people do otherwise?
Died on this day in 1636, in London, the very fine Flemish portrait painter Marcus Gheeraerts. Here Margaret Layton, marking her place in her book as she sits to be painted.
Don't wear a MAGA hat and I'm sure you will be ok
This was obviously NOT a real photo, its a parody of the famous 1989 Tianamenn Tank Man photo.
The Paul Dynasty are nuts, but not as nutty as those who continually vote them in.
More than 200,000 Danish citizens have signed a petition to buy California as a response to Trump’s attempt to take Greenland.
They say they will provide Californians with “rule of law, universal health care, fact-based politics, and a lifetime supply of Danish pastries.”
Americans have the memory capacity of a gnat
Apathetic?
Boris Johnson forced every halfway competent Tory out of the party, stuffed the Tories with useless, corrupt, racist midwits & then screwed-up everything. Now, all the hopeless deadwood he brought in are defecting to an even more laughable outfit. It's quite something.
A single ancient human footprint impressed into pale, fine-grained sediment, photographed from above. The elongated impression shows a defined heel and forefoot. Two black-and-white measuring scales lie beside the footprint for size reference, and the surrounding surface is cracked and textured with faint sediment ripples, indicating an exposed, dried lakeshore.
This morning I've been writing about the 1.5 million-year-old footprints from Koobi Fora, Kenya. What do you MEAN two species walked along a lakeshore within hours of each other? Breathtakingly cool.

Paul Kennedy 'The Rise and Fall of the Great Powers' came out in 1987. I was at uni and it was seen as a warning/prophecy about the US and imperial over-reach iirc.
Only the impotent are pure. Not seeing that she was a better choice than Trump has done untold damage to America and the world.
