Do two daily rotating Bonus Drops for each activity instead, and keep the gear from previous seasons in the pool. Gives people more to farm and makes the game more rewarding.

In regards to where I would expect to find it.. no inside another menu.
I'd either have it featured on the front page of the Portal near the "current expansion" until you've gotten the rewards for that week or next to Quickplay within each respective category.

Very slippery slope to go down.
You cannot just start believing people at their word from a legal perspective. Then anyone can blame anyone they don't like of anything. There has to be a due legal process.
On a personal level though, if anyone makes such claims, support them and be there.
