Ha ha, YOU try making stir-fry with no stovetop. I was gonna make hot dogs but where's the sense of adventure in that?
Pfft. General Tso's chicken, steamed white rice, oven-fried vegetables for me. Sweet and sour chicken for her. Steamed dumplings for appetizer, with apricot chili sauce.

Well, the stove died and the crockpot died but I am still making the Irish day feast. Seared the beef on the grill, wrapped in foil, and transferred it to the Dutch oven and am cooking that on low in the oven.
Everything else is microwaved. It'll be fine.
